Metro Station is the self-titled debut album by pop rock group Metro Station. The album was released on September 18, 2007, via Columbia/Red Ink. As of September 2008, four singles have been released. So far, "Shake It" and "Seventeen Forever" have charted on Billboard charts. The album debuted at #189 on the U.S. Billboard 200, but reached a peak of #39 in June of 2008. The song "Shake It", has been certified Platinum. Since its release, Metro Station has sold approximately 352,000 copies in the United States.

As time evolves, music also evolves, this band is the prove to it. In first sight we see this band, at least one of the singers, and we say "this is an screamo band", but then we hear it...and we say "what the f**k is going on?".
